l have a 1990 camry the heater and the air-conditioning isn’t working. When you turn the heater or air-conditioning no lights cum on and nothing happens

first off I would check the fuse for the climate control...that is the most likely culprit if you are not getting anything on the display..if the fuse is ok then i could be a number of things that would be best left for a pro to diagnose...you could spend hundreds of dollars in parts at it only to find out later it was a loose wire!!!

Start with checking the fuses, If its not the fuses check the switch. You will need a multimeter :0)
